Villa Zeytin Agaci is a lovely 4-bedroom family villa perched at the end of the exclusive Kas peninsula. Its private infinity swimming pool and wonderful sea views make it the perfect location for your holiday in Kas. From the lounge seating area on the pool terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic sunset experience with an evening sundowner or BBQ feast.

Villa Zeytin Agaci is a duplex with 2 double bedrooms on the first floor – both with ensuite facilities and balconies boasting sea views. A twin bedroom is on the ground floor and shares a family shower room. The fourth bedroom has its private access from the garden. This is a double bedroom with both an ensuite bathroom and a separate steam room.
The main living area is on the ground floor with lounge seating and a dining table with seating for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs and has a utility room attached with a washing machine. Patio doors at the lounge and dining area lead out to the sun terrace. There is a second dining and BBQ area on the terrace. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and there is wi-fi internet.

It is not essential to have a car during your stay at the villa. You can catch the local bus 20m from the villa. During the summer season, the bus operates every 30 minutes, shuttling between the peninsula and Kas town. If you do have a car there is parking to the rear of the villa.
