The guest bedroom features a double bed and has access to a separate guest bathroom. - This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is on the second floor with no external elevator access. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. The shower in the master ensuite is 195cm tall, with the entrance gap being 40cm wide. The windows in this home are single glazed and so some noise from the road in front of this home can be heard in the sitting room. The bedrooms, however, do not face the road. The master bedroom is overlooked by an office block when the blinds and curtains are fully open. Due to one of the neighbours smoking, there can be an aroma of cigarettes in the communal hallway of this home. There is limited bathroom storage.
