The living room includes a sofa bed which can sleep 2.
Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, dining table for up to 6 people.
Strictly no smoking.
The space
Recently renovated first floor apartment. No lift unfortunately, 18 steps with handrail.
Open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen can be segregated using a sliding wall to separate it from the living area if guests are sleeping in the sofa bed.
Timber floors throughout.
The bedrooms are at the rear of the property, which is away from the street and more quiet.
Wardrobe space also available, and storage in the bathrooms.
Guest access
Guests will have full use of the flat, with the exception of few wardrobe and cabinet doors which contain private items.
Other things to note
I can be flexible with check in and check out time, I just need to know in advance and I may need guests to keep me up to date in case of delays/schedule changes.
