Plumeria Place Bright and spacious studio

Plumeria place is a modern, bright, spacious studio themed after the beautiful Plumeria tree at the entrance of the studio and is a small home away from home. The studio has a designated parking space, with a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach and the Metropolis Mall in the heart of Larnaca. There is a supermarket and pharmacy near by as well as the Ancient site of Kition and the Larnaca museum with a regular bus service which runs outside the property.

The space
This studio has a kitchen area with an oven and hob, a large fridge and dining table. All equipment is provided as well as essential cooking ingredients and a complementary bottle of wine and snacks.
The bedroom area has a super king bed which can be divided into two single beds. All bedding and linen is provided.
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine including some washing powder.
The living room has a comfortable lounge area a smart TV where you can watch Netflix on your own account. Books and games are available. The space is fully air conditioned.

Outside you will find a small private oasis with table and chairs, plants, a BBQ, a small cupboard containing a drying rack when needed.
There is a private parking space just outside your front door.
Your host is always available to answer any queries you might have.
