I provide a home away from home with local insights and a personal touch that hopefully makes my guests feel welcome and offering them advice on places to visit and favourite places to eat on the Isle of Wight . As your host I always want my guests to have the best stay and provide you with a relaxing warm and super clean accommodation. Our accommodation is luxury with a beach twist incorporating unique personal touches.
We also supply in the apartments , local bus timetables , local guides and places of interest brochures.

The apartments are newly built and over looking shanklin bay . 1 minute walk to the beach and shanklin old village. Thatched cottages and sandy beaches are just a stones throw away. Beautifully furnished with new modern furnishings. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher , washing and tumble dryer machine , fridge/frezzer. We have 3 separate apartments to holiday let. So please look at the different style apartments before you book. All apartments have their own side side seaview balconies and terraces. Good size bedrooms. Own entrance and parking space.
All our apartments are 2 bedrooms each. One of the apartments sleeps upto 5 guests and the other two apartments sleep 4 guests each.

All our apartments are duplex style , this means they are two storey with bedrooms on another level to the living areas. ( not suitable for disabled guests )
We provide for your arrival tea/coffee/milk. Our location is in the south of the Isle of Wight , and is so easy to travel around the island either by car or bus . The summer bus stops right outside the property in the summer . During the winter the buses stop in shanklin old village only 3 minutes walk away or if you are bringing your car you can park in our private off road car park .
