Typical and charming villa located in Monopoli, in Puglia. The building boasts an authentic apulian style, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in two bedrooms and is immersed in the greenery.
The villa is close to the charming towns of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni and 3 minutes far from the beaches.

The villa is 75 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access. It is composed by a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a living room dining table and a sofa bed, a furnished bathroom with sink, wc, bidet, and shower, a spacious master bedroom with the possibility of adding a crib upon request, a with two single beds (joinable if necessary). Both mattresses are very comfortable.

The villa has been recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, independent, with a large veranda, well-kept furnishings, mosquito nets on all windows, large outdoor area equipped with barbecue to enjoy the cool summer evenings.
It has parking possibilities in the private yard. The cottage is well ventilated but in any case has fans in every room.

This lovely villa represents the optimum solution for families with children that desire to stay in Puglia to enjoy the beauty of nature and discover the wonders of the territory. Located in the middle of the countryside, but really two minutes from the city center, the Alberobello’s Trulli, the sea, and the Egnazia Acquatic Park.
The villa is located 3 km from Monopoli Train Station, about 1 km from the Adriatic SS 16 Road.
The house is about 70 meters from a railway line, with a train passing every half hour during the day but not at night.
The rates not included the tourism tax ( 1 Euro for night a person; free for under 12).
We will ask you to sign a simple tourist rental agreement of which will be given copies.
To move around the area, it is advisable, if you do not own a car, to use a rental service right upon arrival at the airport or to rely on a taxi service.
