Turtle Lane Club 503 ist ein luxuriöses und sehr ausgestattetes drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer direkt am Meer Villa in einem Gated Resort in Sea Pines entfernt. Es befindet sich auf der obersten Etage des Turtle Lane Komplexes und bietet einen direkten, atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Sie können nicht schlagen die Aussicht von dieser Dachgeschoss Ecke Villa. Die große erweiterte Terrasse hat Meerblick für Tage! Es gibt zwei komplexe Pools für den Gast in der Turtle Lane Komplex.

Wenn Sie die Wohnung betreten, werden Sie mit einem offenen, geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher begrüßt. Es gibt auch direkten Zugang zum Balkon am Meer aus dem Wohnzimmer. Der Speisesaal liegt günstig direkt am Wohnbereich und Küche. Was ist besser als eine aktualisierte Küche? Eine aktualisierte Küche mit Blick aufs Meer! Sie werden es wirklich genießen, für Ihre Gruppe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht zu kochen. Diese Wohnung ist auch mit WLAN ausgestattet.

We had a fantastic stay and would gladly rent this property again. The condo was even nicer than the photos, and the location could not have been better. Being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy morning coffee while watching the waves, relax with lunch on the deck, and unwind with a drink in the evening. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The gated community was quiet, well-kept, and offered convenient beach access. We also appreciated the dedicated bike storage area, where the rental company was able to drop off and pick up our bikes, making it easy to explore the island. The host was outstanding, friendly, responsive, and quick to answer the few questions we had before and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, from the keyless entry to the amenities, and everything worked perfectly. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

Beautiful condo and location

First time to Hilton Head and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, spacious condo with great amenities and view. Beach was steps away and not crowded like other areas. Property management was great and also kept us up to date during tropical storm. Definitely would stay there again.

We just wrapped up a 7-day stay at this property, and it is the ultimate mixed bag. While the location and views are a perfect 10/10, the actual condo itself left a whole lot to be desired.The Positives: Location & ManagementThe Views: Absolutely stunning. This might genuinely be the best view of the Atlantic in all of Sea Pines.The Beach: Perfect for a family vacation. It has great sandy shallows but still delivers big enough waves to keep the kids entertained all day.Property Management: The rental company was fantastic. They were highly attentive, communicative, and jumped into action the moment we ran into major issues.The Negatives: The Property ConditionHeavy, Outdated Decor: For a beachfront property, the interior choices make no sense. The decor feels incredibly heavy, with way too many chairs and fabrics that just end up looking weathered and dirty over time. The old carpet needs to be ripped out and replaced with a clean, hard surface. Tight Master Bathroom: The bathrooms are overdue for an update. The master ensuite shower was tight and uncomfortable. Mold & HVAC Issues: We found black mold and bio-grow on nearly every ceiling register. One growth in the master closet was so severe the management company had to remediate same-day. The A/C unit stopped working and also had to be repaired. You are paying for the view and location. I would not recommend this property to a friend.

Turtle Lane

I have stayed at Turtle Lane properties before and expect a certain level of quality. While this unit has a beautiful view and feels spacious, I have to give it fewer stars due to the very inadequate beds, linens and most of all the pillows. In no way did it measure up to the cost of the unit. The beds were lumpy and saggy, the sheets were cheap and the pillows were plastic and flat. My family all felt the same and we did not sleep well throughout our trip. You can do so much better with a few simple updates. This will not be a repeat for us.

Based on your feedback, we worked with the homeowner to replace both twin mattresses as well as the king mattress in the primary bedroom. The guest king bedroom mattress was replaced not too long ago. The new mattresses will be delivered and input next week (last week of April 2024). We’ve also purchased new pillows. All mattresses and pillows at the property will be new within the next couple of weeks. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you on a future HHI beach vacation!
