Renovated, 4 Bed 2 Bath - Close to Hospital and Town
This fully refurbished four-bedroom house is just a 2-minute walk from Medway Hospital, 5 minutes from Gillingham Station, and 40 minutes from Central London. Perfect for work or leisure, it offers easy access to the coast as well. The home features two modern bathrooms, 40-inch Smart TVs in each bedroom, and is equipped for both short and long stays. Parking for two cars is included, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
This a 4 double bed house with living room and dining room.
It has been fully remodelled including a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and completely redecorated and carpeted throughout.
The main note to mention is that the cellar bedroom has a low ceiling and would not be suitable to persons over 5ft 9inch.
We do have a security alarm which is monitored by two cameras. These cameras are only used when the property is empty, please feel free to cover them but please remember to put them back as you leave.
We have two parking permits in the house for you to use, please ensure they are returned or we will need to charge for their replacement (£170 each) and any additional costs incurred.
I do hate having to set rules but it is for the good of everyone including the next guest:
Please lock up the back and then the front of the house, placing the key back into the key safe using the same code as when you arrived.
If you have moved or covered the alarm cameras, we understand, but please place them back as you found them, they are only to protect the house when not in use. They are only in use when the alarm is active.
Please ensure all permits are put back in the same kitchen cupboard (the higher one nearest the kitchen doorway) so they can be used by the next guest. We will charge for permits not returned to the correct place, if after we have contacted you and we cannot find them within the house.
For those checking out late without permission, we will pass on any and all costs incurred such as additional cleaning fees as they are paid from 10 am, unless otherwise agreed.
