- Downstairs: kitchen, dining room, living room, Bedroom 1 with one double bed (not twinnable) its ensuite including a shower and toilet.
- Upstairs: Bedroom 2 with one double bed (not twinnable), Bedroom 3 with 3 single beds (can be turned into one double and one single upon request) and a bathroom with a shower over bath and toilet.
