This beautiful and comfortable villa is situated in the picturesque village Poljice in the heart of Konavle, region next to Dubrovnik.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room with dining area, toilet, one bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
There is A/C in the whole house, as well as washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.
In front of the house there is private parking and on the back side you will find an outside kitchen with barbecue, dining area, swimming pool with sunbeds and children's playground.

We recommend to all our guests to hire a car during their stay, since public bus lines are rare and this is the best way to explore the beautiful Konavle region and Dubrovnik.
This villa is located just 10min drive from small place Molunat, where you will find beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars.
Just 7km away there is village Gruda, where you will find supermarkets, market, pharmacy, restaurant, pizza place, hairdresser, butcher shop etc.
During your stay don't miss to visit Cavtat, beach Pasjača, folklore shows in Čilipi and, of course, Dubrovnik!
