Diese Villa liegt in einem kleinen Ort namens Gruda (Konavle Region), nur 12 km vom Flughafen von Dubrovnik entfernt. Wenn Sie sich für einen angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub suchen, weit weg vom Lärm der Stadt, aber immer noch in der Nähe der Stadt und allen kulturellen Aktivitäten, dann ist diese Villa ist eine perfekte Wahl, weil es nur 30 km von Dubrovnik entfernt.
Diese Villa verfügt über 120 m2 Wohnbereich und ein Innenfeld von mehr als 800m2. Auch gibt es fünf private Parkplätze.
Villa bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen und besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmer (3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten), voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bad.
Haus ist von einem schönen Garten, auf den Pool und schöne Terrasse mit Sonnendecks führt umgeben. Außerdem gibt es eine Taverne und Sommerküche, die allen Gästen jederzeit verwenden können.
Während Ihres Aufenthaltes können Sie die attraktive Sokol Turm zu besuchen, mit dem Fahrrad fahren, machen Sie einen Spaziergang auf dem eines der Gehwege, tauchen oder einfach nur genießen Sie die gastronomische Angebot, Adria sauber und mediterrane Atmosphäre.
Konavle Region ist der südlichste Teil von Kroatien für seine mediterrane Landschaft, einzigartige Volkstracht und traditionelle Gastronomie bekannt.
Cavtat (15 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt) ist die größte Stadt in Konavle und es hat einen wunderbaren Meer- Seiten Orte und Strände, gute Restaurants und einen atemberaubenden Blick.

Excellent villa with the nicest of hosts!

Wonderful house and garden, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are several beaches to choose from at a driving distance of 10-20 minutes.The villa has a second kitchen in the house by the pool and a cozy terrace for late dinners under the figue trees.The hosts are really helpful with recommendations in the area, and surprised us with delicious home made food.To sum it up it’s a fantastic villa with excellent hosts that certainly did the little extra. We’re very happy with our stay at Villa Lucija and can highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful house in this fantastic part of Croatia.

This property is spacious and clean. The house is set below the pool. The pool is lovely with a building next to it where there is a great kitchen and another toilet/shower room. There is a lovely area where you can sit in the shade and eat by the pool. The owners were absolutely lovely, they live next to rental property, there would be someone to ask questions to daily if you needed to. On one day they prepared plates of cold food for us (thank you it was delicious). A car is needed. We went into Cavtat and Dubrovnik- both were beautiful and a must to visit.

Lovely villa for family holiday!

Villa was perfect for our family holiday! It was spacious and very clean. Everything was well maintained. We loved the swimming pool and the extensive grounds with bbq and outside dining area. Views from the villa were beautiful too. Definitely recommend a car to get around. Cavtat was ~ 15 mins away and Dubrovnik was ~ 40 mins away.

Amazing!!

We had such a wonderful holiday at the villa! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, the villa was very clean we had lots of room for a family of seven. There is a kitchen at the top by the pool where we did all of our cooking, we really used the house for sleeping and showering! So close to the airport and a short drive to beautful Cavtat. Thoroughly recommended!!

Great location for exploring south Croatia

Accommodation is lovely, lots of space with good aircon. We spent lots of time around the Pool, great views and pretty gardens. Mariana and family were very welcoming and were very helpful with any requests we had. There are lots of great restaurants locally, especially if you like fish. Many quiet bays for swimming only 10 mins drive away. Molunet, only 15mins away was great for swimming with a nice small beach. Dubrovnik 40 mins drive, very accessible. Would recommend.

Nice property- attentive host

This is a great location for an active holiday. Dubrovnik 30 minutes away. Where you can take boat rides to islands, snorkle, jet ski, visit castle walls. Dubrovnik is really busy. Gruda looks small but there are some lovely restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away. Property is beautifully kept with lovely gardens. It is just off a main road which you can hear softly in the background but won't disturb your sleep. The pool is small but fine to have a short swim. Wonderful small beach nearby, but bring water shoes.

We had a great stay!

We really enjoined our stay. Nice retreat and fantastic owners as neighbors who did their best to give us a warm an welcoming experience of Dubrovnik and Croatia. The Villa with its outdoor area is clean and with a very a nice private pool and garden. The owners runs a restaurant in Gruda and a catering business that we used several times during our stay with great success. You can get to the villa by taxi from the airport and even to the nearby town Cavcat, but it is recommended to have a car as there is not a practical walking distance to the nearest grocery store.

Our stay.

We had a fabulous time, Stijepo and his family made us feel very welcome. Facilities were excellent and our granddaughter absolutely loved the swimming pool! It was lovely to walk from the villa through a gorgeous garden to the pool. The taverna was very well equipped which meant we could have our lunch near the pool, rather than walk down to the villa. The villa itself was very quiet even though we were quite close to the road. The location was close to amenities and cheap too! Thank you Stijepo.

Fantastic family villa

We had the most enjoyable week in this villa in Gruda. There was plenty of room for our extended family of five adults and our 20 month old granddaughter. The villa is beautifully appointed and the views from the pool area are breathtaking. We tagged three days onto the end of our stay at a five star hotel just outside of Dubrovnik and regretted it, wishing we were back in Gruda. The villa is well served by several excellent local restaurants and the stunning resort of Cavtat is only 15 mins away by car, which is an absolute must to get about. The hospitality extended to us by the host family was warm and welcoming. You are aware of their presence but it’s not intrusive. In conclusion we highly recommend this villa.

A lovely visit to Croatia

This is a really lovely property with beautifully maintained gardens and a fantastic pool area. The location of the Villa is really excellent in Gruda, it is off the main road that runs from one end of Croatia to the other, 10 minutes from the airport and close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The owners are welcoming and friendly, they run a local restaurant and catering business, we went to dine in the restaurant and the food was great. Inside the property are plenty of towels and nice bedding. Two bathrooms which is excellent when you all want a shower after the pool. There is also a great shower outside next to the pool. We had a baby with us and the family provided a great cot and a high chair. The air conditioning works really well and is easy to adjust so you don't feel like you are wasting it. There are lots of places to sit/eat/relax and explore and the views are amazing. We would really recommend this Villa.

We had a wonderful time here in July 2025 for a special famly occasion. We were a party of 8. The house is spacious, but the gift is the poolhouse equipped with kitchen facilities, outdoor tables and chairs, brick bbq space. You will use the house for sleeping, storing clothes and as an overflow for fridge space. You will delight in the beauty and provision of the pool area, pool-house, and surrounding garden space. Simply wonderful. As others have mentioned, this home is part of an integrated build with the hosts living next door. This was only ever a benefit for us. The hosts gave us all the privacy and space we needed, and were on hand with any very minor issues as they arose. They also were very generous towards us in our stay with a wonderful platter of breads, and cheeses, and meats. Finally they went above and beyond to help us with an item left behind at the car hire place. Wonderful hosts, highly, highly recommend. You will need a car. This was our first time in the area. You are about 11km south of the airport and about 17km south of Cavtat. You are also only around 6-7km away from a delightful local area of Molunat (again, a recommendation by the hosts!). But essentially this part of Croatia is a single road taking you to Molunat, Cavtat, Dubrovnik and all the other stops in between. With lots of places to stop off and spend the day in the glorious clean waters of the Adriatic sea. We loved it!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa genossen. Der Pool war ein Traum. Das dazugehörige Poolhaus hat ein vollausgestattene Küche, Grillecke, Essplatz unter Bäumen und ein extra Bad. Sogar Smart TV und Wlan. Die Wohnung der Garten, alles top gepflegt und ausgestattet. Wir reisten erst spät am Abend ab, unser Flug hatte 2 Stunden Verspätung. Die Vermieter waren sehr verständnisvoll und man hat uns zum Willkommen sogar eine leckere Überraschung im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Wirklich ein tolles Haus, nette Vermieter, schöne Anlage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Überragend!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa ist mehr als nur empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag wurden wir mit einer kalten Käse- und Wurstplatte sowie Salat und Brotkorb überrascht. Da wir spät angereist sind, war dies unbeschreiblich! Die Anlage mit der Poollandschaft ist überragend. Wir haben dies in vollen Zügen genossen. Insgesamt können wir sagen, daß wir unsere schönsten Erinnerungen von Kroatien hier gesammelt haben. Dubrovnik mit der Altstadt und Cavtat sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne zurück!

Peaceful and family friendly

We were 4 grown ups and 4 children and had plenty of space both inside and outside. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and the pool the most. It was very peaceful and quiet and the owners helped us buying nice fish for barbecue from the market. We felt treated very well with welcome drinks and snacks on our arrival and tips for trips to beaches and other places to see. The garden, the pool and the houses (there is a summer/pool house we could use as well) were very clean and nice. Our favourite spots were the pool area and the large dining table outside under the fig tree where we had all our meals when not travelling. Thanks a lot for the very nice time!

Séjour entre amis (2 couples et 5enfants) inoubliable ! Tout était parfait… le jardin est entretenu avec soin, la maison de plein pied est très agréable et la piscine se trouve un peu plus haut avec une maisonnette comprenant cuisine équipée frigo table de salle à manger et salle de bains avec wc le tout donnant sur une terrasse pour prendre tous les repas! Lave-vaisselle tombé en panne pendant notre séjour: remplacé par le proprio en - de 24h! Sans compter les bons plans qu’il nous a donné pour passer la frontière du Monténégro plus rapidement… Je recommande à 110%

Beautiful location, helpful owners

We had a wonderful time in Gruda and the girls ( 6 and 3) loved the fabulous pool. The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We used the local buses and walked into Gruda which has a couple of supermarkets and bars and restaurants. Dubrovnik and the Elafiti Islands were worth a visit. The owners were extremely kind and did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Nicely presented property, gardens and pool. Everything you could need at the property and the owners were very helpful. They do live right next door which may bother some people and although discreet, you are aware the family live and work there. We were treated to a lovely complimentary lunch! Car needed. Fantastisk vertskap

Boligen er ren, innbydende, romslig og med alt nødvendg utstyr. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og det var lett å komme i kontakt og spørre om råd ved utflukter m.m.
