Dieses Haus befindet sich seit 3 Generationen in Familienbesitz und genießt die Aufregung der Küste von Jersey. Diese Einheit im ersten Stock wurde komplett renoviert, um alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten und gleichzeitig eine historische Ausstrahlung zu bewahren. Sie werden bemerken, dass original Parkettböden, Massivholztüren mit 5 Paneelen, Akzente von Kacheln an der Küste und ein Buntglas-Spiegel nachgearbeitet wurden. Alle Matratzensets sind 'Heavenly Beds' von Simmons und bieten luxuriösen Komfort. Alle Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohn- und Esszimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren.

Die neu gestaltete Küche mit allen Geräten aus Edelstahl bietet einen offenen Zugang zum Wohnbereich und zur Veranda, die sich hervorragend für Familienfeiern und Unterhaltung eignen. Granit-Arbeitsplatten verfügen über ein Doppelwaschbecken und ein zusätzliches Barwaschbecken. Die Veranda umfasst auch eine Frühstücksecke mit einem eingebauten Fensterplatz. Ein neu gestalteter Sitzbereich im Freien bietet einen privaten Bereich zum Sitzen, Beobachten der Passanten und Grillen! Ein Gas-Weber-Grill wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Highspeed-WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Tatsächliche Adresse ist 831 St. James Place. Dieses Gerät ist 1 Block vom Strand und dem Beginn der Promenade entfernt. Unser Ende der Promenade beherbergt die erste Rettungsschwimmerstation mit Bädern und bei Bedarf Erste Hilfe. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich Browns Restaurant, das für seine frischen Morgendonuts bekannt ist, und Anthony's Wassereis für die heißen Strandtage. Das Anwesen hat auch eine Außendusche und einen Umkleideraum zum Abspülen nach der Rückkehr vom Strand. Am anderen Ende unseres Blocks vom Strand gibt es ein Feinkostgeschäft, ein Restaurant, eine Pizzeria und eine Eisdiele innerhalb von 1-3 kurzen Blöcken. Zusätzlich bieten wir 6 Strand-Tags, Boogie-Board, Hufeisen und Familien-Brettspiele, um Ihren Spaß zu beginnen.

Staying at Tristan's home made for an unbelievably great time! Her home is stocked with linens and towels which made our travel so much easier. The walk to the beach did not give usvtime to dry off if we just stepped out of the water. Definitely would like to stay there again.

This is a lovely house in a great location. Tristin was great to work with - friendly and accessible but never intrusive. Having the bikes was great, and the location made it a quick ride to the boardwalk or the center of town. The house itself is spacious, well laid out, and was clearly recently upgraded. It was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for family vacation

This beach house was perfect for our family's getaway. The house was clean, fully stocked with necessities and close to the beach. My children had a blast and loved that the boardwalk started down the street. Bathrooms right outside of the beach entrance were great. The street is quiet and the beach block was less crowded and also had a lifeguard which was more than we could ask for. Would definitely rent again!

This was the best rental property we’ve stayed at through VRBO. The house was adorable- old charm but fully updated. The location was fantastic - super close to the beach and right at the start of the boardwalk, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. And you can’t beat the north end of OC. Tristin was wonderful with communication - very clear, complete instructions and details. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience, and would 100% come back here! You will not be disappointed with a vacation at this location!!

Beautiful home and wonderful experience

We stayed here in September 2024 with our dogs and newborn baby. The house was clean and cozy. Tristin was very communicative and ensured we had a good experience. We loved the proximity to the beach and the short drive to the dog beach (5 min), the outside shower & having a washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay here again!

My pup and I had a wonderful stay at Tristin’s home. It was cozy and clean, and a short walk to both the Boardwalk and downtown OC. Wonderful Dog Friendly Rental!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Beautiful first floor condo which evokes nostalgia with a “vintage shore house” feeling, but it’s also been nicely updated - so it’s really a comfortable and lovely place to stay. So happy we could have our dog with us, too! Easy one block walk to the start of the boardwalk and the beach, and within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and stores. Tristin the owner was wonderful to deal with - so welcoming and accommodating and available if we had questions. Property was really clean upon arrival, too! Overall, an excellent place to stay!!

Tristan is the Perfect hostess, Provided plenty of supplies - soaps, linens for bed, bath and kitchen, paper products, umbrella and chairs ( not used, we brought our own chairs), very comfortable bed. We enjoyed meals at Cousins and Doc’s Place in Somers Point and Manco pizza. Also, take out from Spadaforas. Several perfect beach days and lots of rest. Very comfortable first floor. Best vacation ever!

My mom and I so enjoyed our stay! The home was immaculate and the beds were so very comfortable. My mom really enjoyed the massage chair. It was so nice that the paper products were included and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is perfect with just a short walk to a fully stocked deli, the Island Grill restaurant, Browns doughnuts on the boardwalk (you must try), and the beach. Having our fur babies with us instead of having to board them was a wonderful bonus and helped us to relax even more. Adding to all of that is the fact that the owners are so very nice and attentive to your needs. You will not be disappointed!

Great beach house

House was clean and perfect for our family’s stay for a few days. Tristin was delightful to work with and very responsive. My only issue would be the parking situation since I didn’t realize until right before our trip that it was street parking only. I had to drive around for almost an hour looking for parking the day we arrived and ended up parking over a half mile away. As a result we took Lyft or Uber everywhere we went, which got a little expensive

This is the first negative review that has been submitted and he is angry his damage deposit was not returned. This guest smoked in my non-smoking property and I made a claim against him breaking house rules. I keep the place spotless and everything is modernized, nothing is broken.

Lovely stay

My husband and family stayed at this beach house for 7 days (6 nights). Location was perfect, 11/2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk so it was pretty easy walk to and from the beach and boardwalk which we did everyday we were here. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable which made for good sleeping/resting. It got cool/cold at night and blankets were handy. And having washer and dryer was great, so one doesn't need to over-pack for the trip. Tristin was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all your needs. The only issue was street parking, which Tristin can't really control. All in all a beautiful stay.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. The location was great just a short walk to the beach. The owner, Tristan was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Clean, Comfortable & Close to Beach and Boardwalk

Myself, my husband, son, daughter-in-law and 6 year old grandson were very comfortable here, and there was plenty of space for my son to have work meetings and my daughter-in-law to do floor exercises. And for all of us to play marathon Monopoly games! The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, plates, and cutlery. The only thing lacking was a tea kettle, which I mentioned to Tristin. The other thing that would be a very welcome addition is an umbrella to shade the outside seating area for the ground floor unit, which is the one we rented. But that space was equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs for all of us. We had a minor flushing problem with one toilet which Tristin very promptly had repaired. She responds quickly to texts. It was not the best beach weather, but we would gladly return to this rental in the future.

Hello, I am Tristin Thompson, 3rd generation home owner to this property. I spent my summers in this house on the 3rd floor while tenants rented the 1st and 2nd floor. I was responsible for cleaning the rentals on Saturdays before I could go ride my bike or play on the beach and boardwalk. My father still uses the 2nd and 3rd floor during his summers. I reside in Kentucky and only get to visit Ocean City for short durations to get the property ready for the summer or to close it down. I love staying there and I love how the entire renovation provided new updated conveniences but still gives me the comfy feel of summer at the beach!

Great Location, Active street for people watching, Close to the beach. The Heavenly Beds make for a dreamy comfortable sleep. Remember I am a chiropractor, so comfort and support is necessary for good sleep!
