Wonderful villa in a great location.

Second time we have stayed here. Villa is well looked after and location is ideal for so much - horse riding, sitting by the pool, paragliding in Paphos, or taking in a great evening meal in Pissouri Bay. Highly recommended.

Nice flat in a beautiful surrounding

The flat is spacious and well equipped. It has a large balcony with a big dining table and comfortable chairs as well as sun loungers. From the balcony (on 1st floor) you have a view over the beautiful pool area and can just see the sea glittering in the distance. It is a lovely spot!

Beautiful resort.

A luxury apartment in a beautiful resort. Well located to visit all that Cyprus has to offer. The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped and its proximity to the pool is a huge bonus. The balcony/terrace is large and being an upper floor apartment it feels very private when sitting out. Henderson was a great host and answered any questions promptly and fully. Fabulous time in a lovely apartment in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying in this lovely apartment. It was all fully as advertised but actually then far exceeded all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could mix a restful day on the resort one day, but then ideally placed for exploring on the next day ( with Limassol to the east, Paphos just to the west and lots of nice villages like Pissouri in between). Hopefully we will be back in the future!

Fantastic time and hope to return for a third consecutive year

Just returned from a week in the sunshine and had a great stay in AH once again. The apartment is perfect for a small family such as ours who want a great pool, lovely accommodation and fantastic amenities all within a short walk. The description and photos of the apartment reflect its true nature and what you see is what you get - not to be underestimated! All in all we had a brilliant time, enjoyed our stay as much as last year and will hopefully be booking again in 2019.

Beautiful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aphrodite Hills. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and had everything you could need. The pool was lovely and there was no mad rush for sunloungers every day which was a big bonus! The location was great - only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Henderson was a very helpful and polite host who couldn't do enough for us. If we return to Cyprus in the future we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at Henderson’s lovely apartment in July. It had everything we needed and it had a fantastic view of the pool from the balcony. The resort itself is fantastic for families. If you want to venture out, it’s well worth hiring a car. We are at Gabriel’s Tavern several times which is situated in the beautiful village of Kouklia and serves great food at a fraction of the price in resort. We also found a lovely sandy beach nearby- at the Antasia Beach Club. The burgers there are delicious! We’re definitely coming back next year!

Great property for a relaxing holiday.

The property is in a good location with easy access to the communal pool and the Village Square. It is very clean and has everything needed for self catering. There are two bathrooms which is also very helpful. The only minor issues we had was that the safe didn’t work and the wardrobe design in the main bedroom means that there is no way of hanging clothes without using a step ladder. There was great communication with the owner who is very prompt at answering any messages. Highly recommended property for a relaxing holiday.

A babulous week in Aphrodite Hills

I must say that Henderson’s property was just perfect for our recent holiday to Cyprus! The South facing balcony meant we could soak up the sun all day long (and there was a lot of hot sun, even in October!). The accommodation was modern, bright, spacious, clean and maintained to a high standard, having everything we needed to make our stay most enjoyable. The resort itself is top-notch, having a kind of relaxed atmosphere about it; with the roads, grounds, pools, shops and restaurants all very well maintained (the shops, chemists, medical centre and restaurants are only about a 10-minute walk away). Shop, restaurant, golf and tennis staff are all very welcoming and friendly – and like others have said in their comments, the pool lifeguard, Mel, is a mind of information (and likes to stop for a chat on her rounds 😊). Henderson is a very approachable, friendly host who is obviously very keen to make sure you get the most out of your stay, responding quickly to any questions regarding the property, resort or surrounding areas. The on-site Aphrodite Hills PGA National golf course is just fantastic, as are all the golf facilities and professionals. We have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to staying at Henderson’s place sometime in the future.

Beautiful Apartment in a tranquil setting.

My wife & I spent a week at this beautiful 'Theseus Village' apartment and I am delighted to highly recommend this vacation rental property. The knowledgeable and experienced owners were a great resource for recommendations on good restaurants and site seeing and tips etc - which meant we could really "max" out our time dining at the great choice of restaurants and bars located in the central village square - along with boutiques and a mini market. Not to mention the tranquil Aphrodite Spa & the 9-hole golf course. The apartment's spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bath and the bedding was so comfortable. The second bedroom is spacious and comfortable as well. It is clearly evident that the owners take pride in keeping the property in an immaculate condition. Personally, we would like to keep this property a secret as we fear that we will never get to book here again once others discover the wonderful, relaxing and incredible value for money that this property offers. :) The property owners, were easy to contact, friendly and very helpful. We will never forget our tranquil break away from our busy lifestyle at this lovely 'Theseus Village' apartment ! David & Jacqueline.

Wonderful apartment, great location

We were very sad to return home after 2 weeks in this property. Light, spacious and tastefully furnished it had everything we needed including a lovely shower. The balcony is marvellous with sun all day (shade in places too) and overlooks the fantastic pool where our 6 year old daughter made many friends, and where we spent many hours. It was a bonus to have beach towels supplied. We had planned to see more of Cyprus but to be honest it was too hot to do much at all! We did get to Pissouri and Pissouri Bay a few times for some lovely meals and a Cypriot feel and also made the most of the 'village centre' restaurants so no one had to drive (5 minute walk away). Our daughter loved the park on site too, and the shop was handy but very expensive so we would drive to Pissouri supermarket for supplies. Henderson, the owner, was a pleasure to correspond with, both before the holiday, and also during when a light bulb needed replacing and he sorted it out immediately. Mandy who locally manages the apartment was very helpful and got supplies in for us in advance, and gave lots of local information when she came to change linen etc after the first week. Highly recommended.

BC12 Apartment

Visited Aphrodite Hills at the end of September 22. We arrived after dark so had difficulty in finding both the apartment and the allotted parking space. On arrival it became apparent that the apartment had only been partially cleaned. Thankfully the beds were clean so we were able to manage until the following day. There had been a mix up between the owner and the management company over our arrival date but this was rectified with apologies and a bottle of wine. The apartment itself is well equipped and secure. We had a problem getting the air con going and also had issues with the tv. The owner was quick to respond to our queries though so not an issue. More descriptive instructions on how to use everything would be useful. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool which had the sun all day. The pool was clean and well kept as are the grounds around the entire complex. We visited the Italian restaurant and the pub for meals which were both excellent. We also made use of the supermarket and costa which were all about a 15 minute stroll from the apartment. A car is a must if you want to get out and about. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would love to come back in the future.

Nice apartment

I liked the apartment very much although the walk to the pool was much better is some of the other apartments in the block. There were a few things that make me drop a couple of stars and these are (in order of importance): 1. The aircon is on a timer. This means that after a couple of hours it turns off. This is OK during the day but if it is very hot the nights are very sweaty and you have to turn it back on 3+ times in the night to get a good nights sleep. 2. There is only one key. We were constantly having to manage who had the key and this was very annoying at night when our kids wanted to stay out later than us. 3. The beds are very hard. We all returned with bad backs. 4. The aircon is under powered, especially in the living room. On a hot day, even at full power it was unable to cool the room. I think it is old or needs servicing. Those things asside the flat is very pleasant but we saw others on the complex without the above problems.

Dear Lucy, Very sorry to hear that our holiday home did not meet all of your expectations. We chose this 1st floor apartment as this is right at the edge of the main pool and would sometimes enjoy the view of the pool from a height as this gives us privacy on the balcony although having the feeling that we are lounging around the pool. Obviously the ground floor apartments has better access to the pool. 1. Aircon - unfortunately due to energy cost, and Cyprus has one of the highest electricity cost in the EU, we have had to add a timer which stays on for 6 hours. Once it turns off all one has to do is press the remote control and it will come back on for a further 6 hours. We have had guests that have forgotten to turn the aircon off and once we have come to check the property days later have found that the air-con was left on. 2. Keys. We did have two keys available but one key would go missing, so now we just have one. 3. Beds. The furniture was purchased for our use so unfortunately our taste and comfort may not be the same for others. We are planning to replace the mattress next year. 4. Thank you for informing us of the aircon in the living room. We have always found this adequate for this room but we will have the unit inspected.

A lovely holiday!

My family and I have stayed in this apartment twice now - and we would definitely stay a 3rd time. In my opinion, this apartment is one of the best located at Theseus Village. It's top floor (only 2 storeys), has lovely views over the swimming pool and to the sea in the distance and gets the sun all day. We are a family of 2 adults and 22 year old son - so top floor was good for us. We would rather have the views and a lovely sun terrace than a small garden area and it's also a little more private. The apartment is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The only strange thing (and I think this goes for all of the apartments to be honest as they are a standard build) is that the hanging rails in the wardrobes are so high that I personally can't reach them and I'm 5ft 7in. This minor issue would not put me off renting again - and the owner Charles has supplied a small step to stand on if you need to! I also mentioned to Mandy, the lady that looks after the apartment that it would be a good idea to supply 4 sun loungers instead of 2 as there are limited loungers around the pool. Charles is a delight to deal with. Everything was very straight forward and as I booked quite late I paid my full balance including a security deposit that was refundable within 2 weeks of my return. The day after I returned I received a text from Charles asking for my details to send the refund for the deposit so I didn't even have to chase that up. If you are looking for a lovely peaceful resort, with the benefit of an outstanding golf course on site (for the boys... I just drive the buggy and admire the view!) and a good choice of cafes/restaurants within a 5 minute walk then I would highly recommend this apartment. I would definitely recommend hiring a car. If you plan just to stay in the resort then you don't need one - but it would be a shame not to see some of the Island. It's a 20 minute drive into Paphos, and you are easily accessible also to the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos Mountains to mention just a few places.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren im September 2017 für eine Woche in dem Apartment, innerhalb der Ferienanlage in der sogenannten Village. Das Apartment liegt sehr schön am Pool im ersten Stock, alles sehr gepflegt. Man hat bei dieser Unterkunft den ganzen Tag Sonne. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wir haben verschiedene Strände besucht, am besten hat es uns am Ladys Mile Beach in Limassol gefallen, ca. eine halbe Stunde Fahrt, sehr ruhig, Sandstrand mit netter Gastronomie. In der Village waren wir ein paar mal essen, ansonsten auswärts, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Der Supermarkt ist sehr teuer, wir haben uns in Paphos eingedeckt, weil wir uns dort schon gut auskannten. Henderson ist ein perfekter und sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, unsere kurzfristige Buchung hat wunderbar geklappt, dank ihm. Wir mussten um elf aus dem Apartment, der Flug ging erst um 20 Uhr, deshalb haben wir das Spa in der Village für die verbleibenden Stunden besucht, das war der schönste letzte Ferientag, den wir je hatten. Unbedingt besuchen! Für einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits vom Trubel eine perfekte Unterkunft.
