Villetta Tiziana - Salento Reservation , located in the Marina di Mancaversa, is just 1 km from the natural sandy coves, including the most famous "Spiaggia dei Cavalli," which characterize the coastline of the marina. Also nearby are the white beaches of "Lido Pizzo," "Punta della Suina," and "Cotriero di Gallipoli." The vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Villetta Tiziana - Salento Reservation consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and TV, two double bedrooms (both air-conditioned), a triple bedroom (air-conditioned), and a bathroom with a convenient shower. The bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
Villetta Tiziana offers an outdoor area both at the front and the back of the house, covered and furnished, with a sink, an additional bathroom with a shower, an outdoor shower, a wood-burning barbecue, and ample parking.
Guests can also enjoy fans, mosquito nets, a washing machine, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
The house is conveniently located for easy access to the free beaches (only 1 km away) and the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes by car). All essential services in the marina are close by, including bars, newsstands, a bus stop, a petrol station, traditional restaurants, and more.
Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out services.
