The apartment is located in the Centre of Edinburgh, where there is easy access to buses and trains making your travel stress free and more time to enjoy your stay. It is a walking distance to Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle, George Street, BT Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh International Conference Centre . Short bus trip to Edinburgh zoo and Edinburgh Airport. The apartment is comprised of 3 Double bedrooms, Kitchen with living and Dining, Family bathroom and also a separate W/C. The whole apartment has recently been fully refurbished.
Bedroom 1 has a Double bed with 2 bed side cabinets, wardrobe with hangers and a television.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds (can be combined to form double) 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe with hangers and a television.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe with hangers and a television.

All rooms are good sized and have large windows providing excellent sun light during the day.

Kitchen/Dining/Living
The Kitchen area is equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to cook your own home made meals as well as being stocked with teas, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. There is also a washing machine.
The living dining area has sofa seating and a dining table to sit down and enjoy your meals.

The Bathroom has a large stand in shower and a basin and tap. Which will be stocked with premium Shampoo and Soap for you to use during your visit.

The separate W/C consists of toilet and basin which makes a more convenient set up.

City break

A lovely apartment with comfy beds. Close to the city centre, nice and quiet. Clean and spacious, great for a city break. A lovely host.

This is very nice apartment. Please note: it’s in Haymarket quite a ways from the train station and Edinburgh. We needed a lot of Ubers as we were only in Edinburgh one day. The owner was excellent about responding with our many questions as there were 5 plus 4 in the city in our group.Please note. The family bathroom does not have a toilet. The WC does not have a shower, of course. We were a party of 5 staying in all 3 bedrooms so bathrooms had to worked out. There are steps to get to the apartment. All in all, I recommend this place if you want to explore Haymarket and Edinburgh and have a few days. We did not have enough time. It’s spacious and well-equipped.

It’s a first floor and stare is very wide and comfortable though:) I don’t know how could you find it’s far from Haymarket station..! Location, location, location

Nice apartment in a great location walkable to the old town. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the sightseeing. The place was clean and ready, but rather Spartan, there is a lot that could be improved to make guests more comfortable.The apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher and has only exactly 5 cups, 5 plates etc. No dish towels or dish drying rack. Talking about the kitchen, tea, coffee and sugar are provided, but no salt or black pepper, which I find are pretty standard in rental homes.As far as other amenities, we used the washer, but there was no dryer even though it was listed. There was a drying rack though. Shelving in the shower would be nice to be able to place a shower gel and shampoo somewhere other than the floor. I would definitely go back for the location, but the quality of comfort is not equal to the price at the moment.

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding about drying rack which I meant and price are accordance with same flat I think it’s not more:( And to keep simple and easy tidy I don’t prefer to put extra item in the kitchen !
