Fattoria Podere I Luoghi is a farmhouse with a swimming pool immersed in the Tuscan countryside in Casale Marittimo.

There are three apartments for rent, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
On the ground floor we find:
Apartment one consisting of 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen and dining room
Apartment two consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
On the first floor we find apartment three consisting of 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace,

This announcement is for apartment 1 on the ground floor.

The swimming pool on site is for the exclusive use of guests of the structure.

The farmhouse also offers the service of an Environmental Hiking Guide - both on foot and by bicycle - to explore the beautiful surroundings and learn more about the history and nature of the area.

For the more sporty there is the possibility of renting mountain bikes and e-bikes, booking kitesurfing lessons, self-defense courses, athletic training, etc.

For those who want to relax we offer Yoga lessons, open-air meditations, conscious breathing sessions and much more.
