Great apartment and very clean! Joan was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay, always happy to help with any questions or requests. We definitely recommend this place if you want to explore Mallorca. The town is small and lovely, and there is also a free parking area nearby, which was very convenient.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. The location was perfect for exploring Mallorca, and check-in was easy. The air conditioning was a huge plus! We currently live in Germany where A/C isn’t common, so coming back to a cool apartment and sleeping comfortably each night was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again!

A beautiful villa, wonderful people and the unforgettable charm of authentic Mallorca — a place that

A wonderful villa in the heart of a charming little town! The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the opportunity to cook your own meals. Shops, cafés and all essential amenities are within walking distance. But what makes this place truly special is its atmosphere! There are very few tourists, which gives you a wonderful opportunity to experience authentic Mallorcan life. The local people are incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind. We felt less like tourists and more like part of a big family. A special thank you to the owner of the villa for his kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine care. He made our stay even more memorable! We honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. Our stay was a truly lovely experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Joan’s place

We enjoyed our stay at Joan’s place. It was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent (which came in handy when coming back from the beach), and air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms. Joan was a wonderful host, always attentive and giving recommendations when needed. The area is quiet and peaceful, and just a 20 min drive to Playa de Muro which is a great beach for families with little children. Parking is a few minutes walk from the apartment and is free. We never had an issue finding a parking spot. I would definitely recommend Joan’s apartment. 😊

We stayed here as a group of six and had a great experience

We stayed here as a group of six and had a great experience. The house looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a group: spacious common areas, three bathrooms, a fully usable kitchen, and a washing machine If you’re unsure about the location, I definitely recommend it. Muro is a quiet town and a great base for exploring Mallorca, especially the beautiful beaches in the north, while Palma and other towns are also easy to reach The best part was the communication with Juan. He was always responsive and helpful with both check-in and check-out. We had a small issue with the drying rack and a bedroom door, and both were fixed very quickly without causing us any inconvenience I would definitely recommend this house to groups of friends or families looking for a spacious, quiet, and well-located place to explore Mallorca

We loved living like locals in Muro

We loved living like locals in Muro. Finding a parking space proved a bit of an adventure, but one we came to embrace. The apartment is spacious, naturally cool, great AC, the mattresses are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The washing machine is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place in Muro! The apartment was spacious, lovely, and very comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. Joan is one of the most responsive and friendly hosts we’ve ever had. He was always quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We felt completely safe and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend staying at one of Joan’s places, and if I return to Mallorca, I’ll definitely be booking with him again!

Place was great! Clean and exactly like the photos! Neighborhood is quiet. Joan was very responsive! We had an issue where we needed pillows to be changed and had them changed within hours. Only issue is with parking, very challenging to find a space right by the apartment. Will probably need to walk 5-7 minutes.

El apartamento está muy bien. Justo como lo describe y todo muy limpio. Lo único es que es difícil encontrar parking cerca. Pero en general súper bien todo.
