This property is on a residential family estate and neighbours must be respected. Noise must be kept to a minimum both indoors and outdoors after 10pm. The drive is only suitable for a maximum of 2 vehicles, additional vehicles must be parked in the Visitor bays and NOT on the road outside the property.
