I was in Orlando for a Trade Show at the OCCC and the room was located 15 min from it. Excellent room service. I would definitely go back. The owner was available everytime I had a question.

As advertised.

Didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort. Requested a room in a quiet area and was quite happy with our room that had an outside balcony facing the lake. Room was clean and comfortable with a larger hotel fridge. Perfect for our 4 night stay.

Great location, lots of amenities

We traveled for business so we had no time to enjoy the amenities other than the restaurant (which was great bc they offered a 10% discount for conference attendees). The room was perfect although it faces out toward the road so you could hear a lot of the traffic noise. We were exhausted though so we slept right through it. Convenient location!

All good except no hot water!!!!!

All was good with room as discribed , but there was only one issue with the hot water. It really would not matter on a regular florida night but it was 38 F outside and went to take a shower and hd to let it run almost 20 minutes get warm water. Besides all good

I feel like I was in a cosplay. Everything appeared really nice but if anything was analyzed it was out of order or disrepair to the point the staff was like, “It be like that”. The arcade games just ate our points. To the point that some games like terminator had 12 unused credits from all the people who lost money there. Staff didn’t seem like they were really provided the tools to be empowered to solve problems. During my massage they just coughed in my face the whole time and had no mask on. Mini golf was named the same thing as the nice mini golf nearby but it was extremely misleading.

Great place to stay, would’ve done two things differently

The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and the studio villa was plenty of space for two people. The walls were thin, so I could see where it could be loud but that didn’t affect us much this trip. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and the owner who checked us in was so helpful and knowledgeable. What I wish I knew: with traffic, it was about an additional hour from getting a check in voucher off-site then checking in at the hotel. Not bad as long as you expect that additional time. What I wish we would’ve done differently: we bought universal tickets (2 park, 1 day vouchers) from bargain world and still needed wait at the ticket counter at the park. The tickets being sold at the park were only $4 more, still had to wait, and included the third park. Overall- everyone was really nice and I would definitely recommend and rebook this site knowing what I do now!

lovely room but a few problems

The room was lovely - the whirlpool tub was much appreciated after a couple long days walking thru disney parks. It was VERY noisy for us though - our neighbours (above) were very loud and it went on for quite some time (well past midnight.) then on our 2nd night, we were awoken by some very loud banging on the outer door that persisted for several minutes - very frightening actually - and we couldn't find a phone number anywhere for security. It would be nice if that was posted somewhere (anywhere) in the room. To note: the pull-out mattress is BROKEN! the bottom springs are busted and when my husband sat on the corner of the bed, he fell thru it! Not cool :( Says it sleeps 5...but that would be pushing it for a longer stay. Two nights for 5 of us worked, but longer would be too crammed. Clean and otherwise comfortable.

Nice Room

Overall we liked the room. It was clean and had everything we needed. That being said I won't stay at the property again. It was extremely noisy. Music was playing at the pool until midnight. Kids were yelling and screaming until then too. (We have an 11 year old and 14 year old and even they agreed it was too noisy) We brought our dog with us and payed the pet fee through VRBO, but when we got to the resort they wanted us to pay another $170 for the pet fee and told us we shouldn't have paid for it in advance and that it was to be paid directly to the resort. Long story short, the resort waived it, but it was a hassle. Also, we couldn't go straight to the resort to check in. We had to go to a separate location to get a check in voucher to take to the resort to check in. I was also heavily urged to do the tour of the property to receive cash/discount tickets. I was so unhappy with the lack of sleep I was getting due to the noise at night that there is no way I would do the tour...not even for discount tickets/cash. I don't want to give the room only 1 star, because it was a nice room. It just needed to be at a different place.

The maintenance took two days to clear a plumbing issue cost me a day of fun waiting.

Upon arrival the Vrbo only processed one of my rentals. The property said it’s better to book directly through them.

Condo #1

Registration was terrible and wasted over an hour of our time. We never did get a parking pass. The condo was spotless and perfect for our weekend!
