An amazing lodge set in beautiful grounds, total relaxation.

The lodge was one of the best we've stayed in, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. And the views overlooking the pond and woods was amazing. Every member of staff we came across was so welcoming, friendly & helpful. We will definitely return.

Incredible relaxing downtime in beautiful nature - our favourite getaway!

Absolutely LOVE staying here! The lodge is beautiful, spacious, luxurious and unbelievably peaceful. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the private hot tub is perfect. We love watching the ducks, wildlife and stars at night, there's fantastic restaurants nearby, an easy Uber into York, lovely people and effortless check-in/out and on site cafe is go. It genuinely feels like a perfect home away from home. We’ll be back again and again!

Lovely family break had by all our family…including our pet dog.

We have stayed numerous times at Hollicars at various accommodations and we have always had a great time. The park is a great place to relax due to its location and tranquility. All of the accommodations have been excellent with good facilities. Always clean and welcoming. We will be back again sometime soon as will our friends whom we have recommended to.

A midweek break to recharge our batteries. Beautiful site, surrounded by nature. Very quiet . Waters Edge has everything you could possibly need, very well equipped and a beautiful setting. Large deck to enjoy the sun.

Since we first discovered Hollicarrs we have been back 4 times with another 2 booked.

Its a nice size park with plenty to do and close to York and all that it offers. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The lodges are clean and new with hot tubs Whats not to like.

Amazing! Peaceful and tranquil

Beautiful views of the woods and pond, watching the world go by, so peaceful, the Lodge is so spacious and has everything you need, home from home, lovely hot tub to chill in! We never want to leave Hollicarrs, it's our go to place to re charge!

Lovely lodge, great park, lovely hot tub. Only thing I would say is they could do with a few sun loungers out on the decking for when the weather is nice, and could do with a light when getting out of the hot tub.

A beautiful lodge in a stunning location.

The location of the lodge with views over a stream and pond into the forest. The peace and tranquility of the setting. Opportunities to walk along quiet footpaths and nature trails, watching the hares, especially at night, and the geese with their goslingd and ducks with their ducklings. A wildlife paradise. Waters Edge was a beautiful, well equipped lodge. Excellent
