Parties and events are not permitted at this property. The villa is intended for peaceful stays and compliance with house rules and neighbourhood regulations.



Municipal Tourist Tax: Albufeira City Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 or over, between 1 April and 31 October, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. This amount is not included in the price shown on the website and must be paid before arrival.

To ensure that the pool and garden are kept in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
