Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Aloha Hills Club. This luxurious complex has 4 exterior swimming pools, a covered/heated Olympic size swimming pool, poolside restaurant and bar, full gym and spa (at additional cost). Located in the tranquil hills of Nueva Andalucía, the property is a short drive from Marbella/Puerto Banus, world class golf courses and the beach! The apartment is furnished to a top standard, providing guests with everything needed for a relaxing Andalucian holiday. The property enjoys a fully equipped, open planned kitchen/living space that opens up directly onto the terrace. The master bedroom has a large double bed, is ensuite with both a bath and a shower and has direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom across the hall. There is ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms and the twin has a seating area that would be perfect for guests looking to work while they are away! The large and bright living room has a dining area for 5 people, sofa, smart TV with international channels. The terrace has swimming pool/ hillside views, dining table, BBQ and a chillout area. The apartment has fast fibre optic WiFi, and centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout the property. Included in the rental of the apartment is access to a private underground parking space, as well as all areas of the urbanisation: 4 exterior swimming pools One of which is covered and heated during the winter Full gym and spa (20e per apartment per day/70e per apartment per week) 24/7 security Use of the community’s restaurant and poolside bar This lovely property is perfect for sensible groups, families and golfers (4 golf courses within 5 minutes drive). The extensive facilities at the Aloha Hill Club include 4 beautiful outdoor swimming pools set in lush subtropical gardens, a 500m² fitness centre and spa, with indoor hydro-pool, sensation showers, sauna & Turkish bath, massage room and a kids club. Our on-site restaurant is open all year round offering homemade, fresh Mediterranean food and to die for salads. Next to the seasonal menu special dishes of the day are prepared including fabulous homemade pizzas from the wood burning pizza oven. The cosy and charming pool bar and restaurant is perfectly located at the centre of the Aloha Hill Club. Here you can enjoy a variety of creative dishes and salads, Mediterranean cuisine, fresh fish of the day and let’s not forget our fabulous homemade pizzas made in a wood burning pizza oven. All topped up with a friendly service, amazing cocktails and that special Aloha Hill Club atmosphere. The kids club at Aloha Hill Club is “the place” for little toddlers to spend time. A flexible time table allows parents to enjoy a little “free time” whilst on holiday. Get in touch with the Concierge Services Desk for fun and games in the sun. The Aloha Hill Club has its own Bodega boasting a capacity of more than 5.000 bottles. Enjoy a special bottle in our pool restaurant ordered from the wine cellar, or join our wine club and get the best offers delivered to the apartment! Malaga Airport is under a 40 minute drive away, and Gibraltar International 1 hour. Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive away, and Marbella Centro 15 minutes. The closest supermarket is just over a 5 minute drive away. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
