The Space:

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, offering plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The bright open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and full-size fridge freezer.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, creating the perfect place to relax and soak up the Cyprus sunshine. Guests are within easy reach of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and local attractions, while nearby Pernera and Ayia Napa offer additional beaches, shopping, water sports, boat trips and vibrant nightlife.



Getting Around:

A car is optional, although it is recommended if you wish to explore more of Cyprus's beautiful east coast. Local buses and taxis provide regular services throughout Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa, while private parking is available at the villa.

Self check-in is available via a secure key safe.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.

Full arrival instructions, including the property address and key safe code, will be provided prior to your arrival.

No parties or events are permitted.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
