Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand und 5 Minuten Fahrt nach Ayia Napa. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Larnaca entfernt, ist es eine ausgezeichnete Villa Wahl für Familien und gemischte Paare auf der Suche nach einem erholsamen Aufenthalt in einer großartigen Lage, aber nahe genug, um zu den nächsten Stränden und Ayia Napa zu gelangen. Die Villa ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit offenem Schnitt und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, die in Betten und Smart-TV umgewandelt werden können. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 8 Personen und die Einbauküche bietet alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Selbstversorger-Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich weitere 2 Schlafzimmer, von denen eines über einen großen Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick verfügt. Es gibt auch ein Familienbadezimmer mit Badewanne im Obergeschoss und separater Duschkabine und Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Die Villa verfügt über einen weitläufigen Gartenbereich mit einem großen Swimmingpool. Es gibt viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden und Essen im Freien. Restful and Relaxing

Such a lovely place to spend time relaxing after a family wedding. The villa was well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We hired a car to get around although there is a well run bus service locally.

Amazing time in Cyprus!

We just spent 18 lovely days in this amazing Villa. The house had everything we needed to make our meals etc. The check in / check out was a piece of cake. The villa is as shown on the pictures, if not better and you shouldn’t hesitate to order a stay if you’re looking for a place.

Close to beaches

Enjoyed the pool and location within 15-20 min driving distance to beaches. Enjoyed having dinner under the veranda which also has lights at night. Had to buy our own coffee, though, even though there was an espresso pod machine without pods. Some kitchen items out of date or broken, like french press that had chipped glass so be careful.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The local beach is in Ayia Thekla which is a 2min drive and a 10min walk and a car is great for exploring beaches further afield. Ayia Napa with all its famous beaches and all it has to offer is a 10min drive away which makes this a great place to stay if you want some peace and quiet and a relaxing environment. Coffee pods wouldn't be available in a self catering accommodation and all items are available for use which include all the mod cons that you would expect from a villa with repeated 5 star reviews. Regular checks are made to remove and replace any broken items as guests do break glasses and crockery so items have to be regularly replaced which contributes in us maintaining a highly rated 5 star standard for our reviews. Glad you enjoyed the the lights on veranda for your meals.. Does light up the place and looks really nice at night. Many thanks and stay safe and hope to see you again.

A superb villa for a wonderful holiday

The villa was exactly how its shown in the listing, secure gates to the front, your own space to relax and enjoy the wonderful pool. Inside the well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge areas, and choice of indoor or outdoor dining was great. We only used the double bedroom for our stay, but a comfy bed, very quiet area. The surrounding areas were very quiet, but lots of choices to grab a coffee, or dinner out. A car is essential but its not expensive, and gives you the option to explore Ayia Napa and surrounding areas + pop to Lidl or the Hypermarket for provisions. We actually extended our stay by a week once we arrived, and realised what a great villa we'd found. Thoroughly recommend it, superb villa.

Return Trip

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Villa Harsha and yet again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had cause to call the management company and the problems we had were resolved within 24 hours . One problem being the dishwasher which was replaced. We love the area of Ayia Thekla and the Villa is like a home from home. As normal it was really hard to leave and return to the UK.

Absolutely Beautiful Villa

From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a wonderful stay at George’s villa. The villa is situated perfectly with local amenities on your front door step and a beautiful sea view! The villa is perfectly clean inside and out with an amazing pool area. Everything you need is provided and readily available it really took our breath away. Myself and my husband were married during our recent stay in Cyprus and we could not have wished for a more perfect place to stay. George himself was extremely accommodating and communicated well throughout our stay. The information provided was top notch and the area was peaceful yet only a 5 minute drive away from Ayia Napa and a short walk away from Sirens beach where we actually tied the knot. We would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. Thank you again for a perfect wedding holiday!

Excellent Villa in great location

We stayed at this villa for the first time last year and loved it so much we booked again. Despite all the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic over the last few months we`ve been fortunate enough to have had a relaxing family holiday in a safe and friendly environment. Assuming that there will be ongoing disruption to holidays for the foreseeable future we`ve already booked again for next year! The Villa has been maintained to a very high standard and is modern and clutter free allowing occupants to maintain a clean and virus free environment. Especially important during this current climate. The owner has continued to make improvements and has now installed a 4m x 3m slatted pergola with soft LED lighting providing shade during the day and an inviting place to sit and drink during the evening. The lighting options also provides plenty of illumination to cook using the onsite traditional Cypriot BBQ. The Villa location is great for early morning walks along the coast to either the nearby inlet of Potamos or the new marina currently under construction near Agia Thekla beach. The local restaurant, Zafiri, is still excellent value for money even though customer numbers were considerably reduced from 2019. Combined with my review of 2019 we can fully recommend this Villa for your next holiday.

Refurbished contemporary style villa in great location

The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard and decorated with contemporary style ikea furniture and fixings. Interior is light and airy with unrestricted air conditioning throughout. There is however an electricity allowance of 200kw per week which means that any amounts exceeding the allowance is chargeable at a a rate of 30 cents per kw. The owners have included free cleaning products and every conceivable cooking appliance throughout. A dishwasher and smart tv with net flicks is also provided. Bedrooms are well laid out with ikea beds and furniture to match. The property has a large well kept pool and large patio area with 6 sun beds and outside table and chairs for 8. Shade is limited as only one umbrella is provided. A traditional Cypriot charcoal bbq is provided although outside lighting is limited resulting in bbqing by torchlight. New electronic gates have been installed providing extra security and a safe is provided at no extra cost. The sea is approx 150m away at the end of the road with sirens beach approx 250m away and Ayia Theklas beach a 2min drive. Taxis to Ayia napa seemed expensive as my two daughters had to pay 15 euro into town and 20 euro after midnight. The villa booklet only suggests an average taxi fee of 8 euro. Wi-Fi in the villa is good. We absolutely loved the villa and location and would not hesitate recommending it.

Glad you enjoyed your stay and enjoyed all that we have to offer for your stay. We offer a generous electricity allowance as some guests can abuse the use of air con. Guests who are sensible in the air con use are not charged and we absorb this cost unless there is a case of serious misuse and abuse. There are many inclusive facilities to allow for a great stay and we have made significant improvements year on year. The gate was a great addition for this season and for next season our next update will be a pergola giving more shade and plenty of night light for barbequing as well as a Cypriot wood fire oven. Gutes und gepflegtes Haus in der Nähe von Agia Napa

Gepflegtes Haus mit Pool und allen Dingen die für das tägliche Leben benötigt werden. Sehr gute Grillmöglichkeit mit viel Zubehör. Sehr ruhige Gegend (fast nur Anwohner). Man ist sehr schnell in Agia Napa. Wir würden es nochmal buchen. Danke George!

Excellent villa

We only stayed for 4 nights, but it’s beautiful villa and well looked after. Have everything you need there. Would recommend the villa. Would definitely stay there again. :) good communication with the villa’s owner too. :)

Lovely Villa in quiet location

The villa had everything we needed, was well looked after and very secure. Spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the lovely pool which was cleaned twice by the friendly pool guys during our one week stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Villa Harsha to anyone wishing to stay in Ayia Thekla.

Another superb stay at Villa Harsha

This was our 2nd visit to the villa, and it was a brilliant and we remembered. Great location, secure, clean, just total relaxation for 19 nights. The pool men are very friendly, the mid stay cleaners did a great job, and even a faulty washing machine was fixed within an hour of reporting it. Thoroughly recommend this villa, it’s simply a great place to stay.
