SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.
CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
PROPERTY DOMESTICS The double bedroom upstairs contains a shower and basin. This isn't an en-suite, but in the room itself.

The location was extremely convenient. The bus stop is right outside and it is walkable to everywhere we needed to go. It is a charming place. So bright, cheery and welcoming! The beds are very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay, would recommend it, and be happy to stay there again!

The VRBO was in a good location. The kitchen area was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The larger bathroom in the hall was updated and nice. The small toilet room in the hall was useable but very small. Also found the shower in the bedroom to be quirky. Additionally, there is no bathroom downstairs which was a bit inconvenient. Communication was excellent from the host.
