Villa Julianne by Villa Plus

Villa Julianne is a charming 4 bedroom villa located in the heart of the resort, with shops and the popular large beach just moments away. Enjoy evenings of local cuisine at the restaurants and cooling drinks at the bars a short stroll from the villa. Surrounded by a terrace with plenty of sunbeds for relaxation, the villa’s private pool is perfect for cooling off. There’s also a shaded area for al fresco dining and a BBQ for meals. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Julianne’s prime location makes it ideal for groups and families who want everything within walking distance. The resort center, with its restaurants, bars, shops, and summer activities like the waterpark and trampoline area, is just a 5 minute walk away. Calan Blanes beach is about 10 minutes on foot, while Cala en Bruc and Calan Forcat are even closer. For a taste of authentic Spanish charm, the nearby town of Ciutadella, with its tapas bars and scenic harbor, is only a 10 minute drive away.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
