Characterful Brighton Townhouse, One Minute from the Beach

Welcome to my little Brighton house with soul — a characterful four-storey townhouse offering something far more personal than a generic holiday rental.

Tucked away in Brighton’s Regency conservation area, the house is only a minute’s walk from the beach. The i360 is around seven minutes away, Churchill Square ten minutes, and the Lanes approximately fifteen minutes on foot. Western Road’s independent cafés, restaurants and shops are just around the corner.

Inside, the house is compact but cleverly arranged across four floors. Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, with a table seating four. The cosy ground-floor sitting room is made for relaxing, with a wood burner, television, books, music and albums of vintage Brighton postcards.

On the first floor you’ll find the contemporary bathroom and a small, practical second bedroom. The light and spacious main bedroom occupies the top floor, with generous storage, its own television and a glimpse towards the sea and rooftops.

Outside, the private little patio is a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, becoming especially atmospheric when the Tree of Life lights come on after dark.

The house has been created with care and personality, and I hope guests feel genuinely at home here. Dogs are very welcome too.
