All bedrooms of this villa offer unique views. The outdoor terrace with a large & heated infinity pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and many different seating arrangements, invites you to enjoy the great views of Kalkan Bay.

1st bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, air conditioning, a TV and a bathroom. The room is located on the ground floor and has access to the pool terrace.

2nd bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and television. There is an en-suite bathroom. The room is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony.

3rd bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is an en-suite bathroom. The room is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony.

4th bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony.

5th bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is a private bathroom. The room is located on the top floor and has access to the roof terrace.

6th bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning and TV. There is an en-suite bathroom. The room is located in the basement and has a separate entrance.


Pool dimensions:
The swimming pool is 12 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.50 metres deep. Pool heating is subject to a charge and is put into operation for a fee of 350 GBP per week.
