The building has four apartments in total, and the rooftop terraces are shared by all residents.

All apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities (linen, crockery, A/C, Wi-Fi etc.), though some amenities differ per apartment.

• Sleeps 4 in queen-size beds (can be set up as singles)
2. Apartment EP9U – Two-Bedroom
• First floor (30 steps above street level)
• Sleeps 2 in a king-size bed, 2 in a queen-size bed, and 1 on the sofa bed in the living room
• Two full bathrooms (one en suite)
4. Apartment EP9T – Studio
• Rooftop level (43 steps above street level via external metal staircase)
• Sleeps 2 on a queen-size bed

Varying Amenities
• TV: Standard TV in EP9G and Smart TV in EP9U
• Washing machine: Available on the rooftop for EP9G and EP9T; EP9U has a washing machine inside the apartment
• Additional EP9U amenities: Dishwasher and private balcony

Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.

For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.
