The House
Casa Abril is a spacious property of 160 m² distributed over two floors, designed for families, couples or groups looking for a special place to relax and unwind. With a cozy architecture and carefully selected details, the house features:



On the first floor, guests have an open kitchen that integrates with a spacious living-dining room, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere. This area is complemented by an interior patio, which adds a touch of freshness and tranquility to the home. On this level, there are two double bedrooms; one of them is equipped with a king size bed, and both have private bathrooms, which ensures privacy and comfort.

On the second floor, there is a very bright studio, designed to maximize natural light and equipped with direct access to the terrace. This outdoor space not only offers fantastic views of the sea and the Risco, but is also equipped with a swimming pool, a large table and Balinese chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy memorable moments in the company of friends and family.

Walking routes
The island is a true paradise for hikers. From the house you can take walks to hidden beaches and natural viewpoints with unique views. It is a way to discover the tranquility and wild beauty of La Graciosa.
