Our Chalet dates back to 1445. It has been renovated while safeguarding the original stone and stellar structure.
It consists of two floors, approximately 76 square meters each. The ground floor has a large living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer, and a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping floor is on the second floor, with three bedrooms and one large bathroom with a shower. We accommodate up to 6 guests.
The Chalet is located in the Primiero San Martino di Castrozza municipality at 1270 m (4170 ft) above sea level on the slopes of the Primiero Valley, Paneveggio Natural Park, and Pale di San Martino.
It has nearby restaurants such as Agriturismo Maso Tais, Petina, Piereni, Ristorante Cant del Gal, and Bar Laghetto Welsperg.
The Primiero Valley is about 20 minutes away, while the slopes of San Martino di Castrozza, 45, and Passo Rolle are about 55 minutes away.
You can reach Siror and S. Martino di Castrozza on foot, along the indicated paths, or by bike.
You can spend holidays dedicated to sport, relaxation, and fun both in summer and winter. Some tourists ' favorite activities are mountain biking, excursions, long walks, and climbing. It is ideal for young people and families with children of all ages.
