The villa spans two floors and boasts a bright, open-plan living area on the ground floor. Here, guests will find a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, a television, and a dining table, all seamlessly integrated with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker, ensuring all the conveniences of home. Step out onto the patio and indulge in the private infinity pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. At the rear of the villa, a lush green garden awaits, complete with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.

The sleeping quarters include three elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and direct access to the private garden. Also on the ground floor is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom, situated on the upper floor, offers a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with access to a terrace overlooking the surroundings.

Additional amenities include a small sauna on the lower floor for a touch of luxury, along with a shower and a third bathroom for guests' convenience. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and independent heating for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
