Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung mit Pool und Paddle-Platz.

Absolutely stunning location!

Breathtaking views! 5 minute walk to the Mediterranean. 20 minute walk along the water to Sa Tuna for a nice beach and meal. Helpful communication.

Stay in Sa Tuna

Well located house close to the beach with a great see view from the terrace. Pleasant house - bedrooms with airco. We stayed with 6 persons for 3 nights and enjoyed the area, Sa Tuna beach and Begur. The parking spot in the garage at Sa Tuna beach is a great plus. Also the shared swimming pool and padel court were well used by us. Owner provided great tips for restaurants and sight seeing. Communication was really friendly.

Amazing Stay and Views

This house was really clean and was able to fit 6 adults comfortably. The views from the deck were breathtaking. The host was so nice and was quick to respond to my questions. He went me some ideas of things to do around the house and in the local towns. If you like hiking this house is near some really nice trails! Amazing views, amazing Host, and Very clean!

Perfect stay at the beach

Carlos’ home was exactly what we needed after days of sightseeing in hot and busy Barcelona. We enjoyed the easy and scenic drive to Begur and immediately relaxed as we walked though the doors of this comfortable home with such an amazing view - pictures really can’t do it justice. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay during our time in charming Begur and none of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay. Our family of four loved all of the space, it was very clean, quiet and well stocked, and Carlos was a fantastic host, offering so many great recommendations for the area. I 100% recommended this home if you are traveling to the area.

Amazing view!

My husband and I stayed for a month. We never got tired of the view! We had friends stay with us the first week and our kids came the second week. There is much to do in this area of the Costa Brava, so much history and the food is spectacular! Carlos is the best host! He was always available to answer questions and gave us many suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants etc for the entire region. His villa had everything we needed for the month.

Wondeerfull place

We spent 8 days in Carlos’ beutifull place. The view was breathtaking and the communication with Carlos was personal, friendly and helpfull. We went as a family with our two grown sons and our dauhter in Law, and the house was very Good for 5 adults with nice rooms for us all. Also We loved the pool and the view from the pool. One advice: If you hope to eat at the close restaurant Cap Sa Sal you have to make reservation weeks before your trip. They were booket until the 20th of august when we afsked them of the first night we arrived on 18th of july.

Perfect

We had a terrific experience with this property and with Carlos and Sigrid. The location is really lovely, convenient and quiet and the view is spectacular! We really enjoyed being able to walk along the coast 20 minutes to the beach at Sa Tuna, and the other beaches are all accessible with a short drive. The house itself is perfect - especially for the 2 of us, but there were two additional bedrooms that we didn't use. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, but we spend all of our time on the terrace when we weren't at the pool or on the beach. This property is really the perfect home base for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Fabulous view outshines everything

There were 5 of us on a 5 week trip, so this was just the relaxing place we needed. The listing says 5 bathrooms when there are really 3 1/2–still plenty. Two bedrooms are down one flight of steps, with the third down a very narrow, spiral staircase from there. It was too hard to get a suitcase down those steps, so that person kept their suitcase in the loving room. The living area and kitchen were very comfortable. The beds and pillows were not very good. The owner was very responsive when we asked for ideas on supermarkets. We would love if they had a sheet on suggested restaurants, hikes (with basic directions to them.).

Marianne, thank you for your comments. Yes, you are completely correct about the list of bathrooms that were in the ad. The house has a full bathroom for each room in addition to a guest bathroom. In the description of the house there was one more bathroom (?). I have already corrected this error. Thank you. What I don't understand is your complaint regarding the lack of restaurant recommendations. In the information document that I provide to all my guests, I recommend, according to my own experience, 16 restaurants. And as for the room suite, whose access is via a spiral staircase, I am sorry for the inconvenience you mention. Other guests have appreciated the privacy of this room. Again, thanks for your comments and I am glad that overall you had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful house with amazing (sea)view. Everything we needed was there. We loved the big terrace with the beautiful view. We just couldn t get enough of it. The swimmingpool was a dream, we often sat there alone, like a private pool, the water is lovely and clean, the view from the swimming pool is amazing. There were enough loungers at the swimmingpool, when we were there. A few steps down is the restaurant of Cap sa Sal, great food at a wonderful location. A few steps further down you are at the Aiguafreda beach, where you can swim, rent a boat of have a coffee or lunch at El Vermut. Behind El Vermut is Hostal Sa Rascassa where you can have a great diner in a wonderful atmosphere. When you walk just 15 min further you are at the Sa Tuna beach. Beautiful and there are also restaurants. All restaurants mentioned reasonably priced. In a approx 10 minute drive you are in Begur a lovely village with shops restaurants etc etc. From the apartment you can drive also to Sa Riera beach, Roca beach, Pals beach etc etc. There is a key to a parkinglot in Sa Tuna. Very luxurious because parking can be difficult up there. The bottomline is that the house and pool are luxurious, at a quiet spot, with unique (sea)views, with nice things to do in direct vincinity, even by foot. Car is needed to visit Begur etc etc. And: excellent wifi & good tips from the owner.

Nice location

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Für vier Personen ist es optimal. Das dritte Zimmer im Untergeschoss ist nicht so ganz komfortabel. Die Betten waren etwas kurz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Carlos und mit der Ferienagentur war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

+ Umgebung/Küste atemberaubend + Aussicht Balkon traumhaft + 2 Zimmer mit integriertem Bad + alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage + Geschirrspüler/Waschmaschine vorhanden + Poolwasser Gemeinschaftspool ist überwiegend sauber + Aussicht vom Gemeinschaftspool hervorragend + Kommunikation mit Besitzer einwandfrei. Auch Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war okay (Besitzer im Ausland) + Restaurant direkt unterhalb am Haus war geschmacklich 5 Sterne... auch die Aussicht dazu ist unbezahlbar + Privatparkplatz vor der Haustür - ganzer oberster Stock (Küche/Wohnzimmer) keine Klimaanlage, viel zu heiss! - Küche ist chaotisch und mangelhaft eingerichtet - Unterster Stock nur mit einer Wendeltreppe erreichbar, unmöglich Koffer dort runter zu bringen - Unterstes Bad stinkt stark nach Abwasser - Haus ist nicht alleinstehend, es ist ein Doppel-Einfamilienhaus. Dadurch laut - Haus verfügt über keinen Privatpool - Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss, nur mit Auto ca. 10-15 Minuten weit weg - Sauberkeit ist am Gemeinschaftspool (Liegen) nicht vorhanden und es hat nur 6 Stk. Liegemöglichkeiten, viel zu wenig! Auch der Platz ist begrenzt rund um den Gemeinschaftspool. - Sandstrände nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, Rest sind Steinplätze/Ministrände in der Nähe vom Haus - Das Haus verfügt über einen Gehweg, es laufen sehr viele Leute am Küchenfenster vorbei und parkieren im Parkverbot vor dem Haus, was unseren Parkplatz blockierte Fazit: Viel zu teuer! Altes Haus ohne Privatpool.

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Austattung, grosse Terasse mit tollem Ausblick, gute Klimaanlage, wunderbarer grosser Pool. Lage top: Begur und mehrere Strände gut zu erreichen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Waren zum zweiten mal da. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank! Vera und Andreas

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Carlos. La maison est très agréable, la localisation idéale avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La communication a été sans couture avec Carlos.

Super Endroit pour des vacances au top!

Excellent séjour dans ce coin de paradis encore préservé de la Costa Brava

Maison mitoyenne très agréable, décorée avec goût et non dans le but d'une location massive. Climatisation dans chacune des chambres TRES appréciable! Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse.

Frank, je m'excuse de ne pas avoir répondu à votre commentaire auparavant, pour lequel je vous suis désormais très sincèrement reconnaissant. Vous évoquez deux aspects : le paradis encore préservé de la Costa Brava et la Maison mitoyenne très agréable, décorée avec goût. Quant au « paradis préservé », c'est certainement presque un miracle dont on devrait profiter tant qu'il dure. Et quant à « la maison décorée avec goût », je ne peux pas dire grand-chose, sinon que nous laissons la maison aux locataires comme lorsque nous l'habitions plusieurs semaines par an. Et je suis content que ça vous plaise. Merci encore pour le commentaire

Une belle adresse en toute confiance

Très bel appartement sur 3 niveaux avec une vue magnifique sur la petite crique (à 5min à pieds) et la végétation environnante. La piscine, le terrain de padel, ainsi que le superbe restaurant/bar juste en dessous de la résidence sont un plus. Accueil parfait. Carlos fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux et est très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos amis dans ce logement. L’environnement, le cadre, la proximité avec de très bons restaurants et de très belles plages, une résidence très bien équipée, piscine au top, logement très bien équipé. Tout était parfait !

J'apprécie vraiment vos commentaires. Je ne suis pas la meilleure personne pour évaluer ma propre maison, mais ce que je peux vous dire, c'est que nous y sommes également très à l'aise. Il y a beaucoup de belles choses à voir dans la région, mais l'une d'entre elles est la vue que nous avons depuis la terrasse elle-même. Nous l'apprécions depuis plus de 20 ans et nous mettons beaucoup d'efforts pour avoir une maison agréable. Encore une fois : merci beaucoup et ce serait un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau. Prenez soin de vous.
