Central but away from the chaos, close to everything and well connected by public transportation. It is an elegant and quiet neighbourhood, on foot with only 25 minutes you can reach St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, the Metro A, Ottaviano station is 600 m from the apartment.
For sports lovers, the Olympic Stadium can be reached by public transportation in about 25 minutes as well as the Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone auditorium. The neighbourhood is full of good restaurants, bars, markets and stores of all kinds.

The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

The house is ideal for couples of friends, families with children or a group of friends .Two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the fifth floor with elevator in a period building in the Della Vittoria neighbourhood. With a 25 minute walk you reach St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums , the Metro A, Ottaviano station is 600 m from the apartment.
The Stadio Olimpico can be reached by public transportation in about 25 minutes as can the Ennio Morricone Parco della Musica auditorium.

The living room has a sofa bed , television corner , a dining table with 6 chairs. Furniture, lamps and paintings complete the living room furnishings. There is a ceiling fan in the living room.

The two bedrooms entering on the right have a double bed (140cm x 190cm), bedside tables, luggage stand and a wardrobe. The first room has an armchair.
The rooms have an air-conditioning system.

The kitchen is complete with refridgerator, stove, oven, “ A modo Mio” coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and dishes for six people. The kitchen has a comfortable counter with two stools .

The first bathroom has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower .
The second bathroom has no windows and has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower . It does not have a bidet. The washing machine is located in this bathroom.
