Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
The apartment had a good view of the Arno River and a fairly spacious sleeping area. However, the bathroom was the most cramped I’ve ever experienced. The shower was awkward to get in and out of, and the shower head kept falling off, which made it frustrating to use.
There was a washer, which was a nice bonus, but nowhere to hang clothes to dry. We had to get creative—using a ladder to drape clothes over and the curtain rod to hang shirts.
We also had a frustrating experience with check-in. We waited for hours for the cleaning crew to arrive. They claimed they thought we’d be arriving late—which wasn’t true, as we’d confirmed our arrival time multiple times. At one point they even blamed the previous guests for checking out late. Regardless of the reason, we were never informed of any delay or issue.
Overall, while the location is great, the stay itself was uncomfortable, and the lack of communication and accountability around the delayed check-in was disappointing.
