The apartment is not far from the Vatican and the historical centre.
It is well served by public transport (subway A and bus stop) and located near cafes, restaurants, park Monte Ciocci and markets where you can buy Italian traditional food.
It has an independent entrance. It is in a basement which is naturally cool in the summer and heats up quickly in the winter months. You will find on the kitchen table a souvenir of Rome and a binder with useful information about the apartment and the neighborhood in 4 languages (Italian, English, French and Spanish).
I also live upstairs and can give you more practical and useful information about Rome.
A short distance away, the “Cipro” stop on Metro Line A provides easy access to central Rome and Termini station.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom, a kitchen and a large bathroom. There are safes, security lights and the main accessories (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washer/dryer, hairdryer).
The entry is independent.
Bedroom: in the closet you will find another blanket; two more pillows are in the bed box and the iron.
You have a television with various Italian channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime. You will have Wifi.
A safe is at your disposal and we will communicate the combination already inserted or you can change as you like.
The instructions are in the safe (which is open).
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook.
We provide you with a capsule coffee machine and some capsules for making coffee; you also have the Italian coffee maker and a kettle, tea, oil, salt, pepper and a bottle of fresh water. There is also a microwave and a toaster.
Garbage disposal: we practice separate collection, so we label the various bins according to the type of waste.
In the bathroom you will find soap, bubble bath, a hair dryer, and a washer/dryer (instructions are in the hanging cabinet).
I live upstairs, so I'm easily contactable if needed.
I will be the one to welcome you .
I am a photographer and inside the apartment I put several photos of Rome, paintings and sculptures.
I speak Italian and French and I understand English well (even If I don’t speak it fluently).
I will be glad to give you all the information about Rome, since I was born in this beautiful city.
