Kyvos, located in Santa Maria di Leuca, is an elegant contemporary villa immersed in the Salento landscape. The name, deriving from the Greek "κύβος" (cube), reflects the square and minimalist structure of the villa, where white dominates every space, creating a refined and bright atmosphere. The interiors, furnished in minimalist style, combine essential lines and modern furniture in light shades, enhancing the brightness of the rooms. The open-plan areas, such as the living room, are distinguished by the use of natural materials such as wood, metal and glass, while the double bedrooms offer discreet and refined details that enhance comfort and elegance. Withing walking distance of the villa are some of the most fascinating attractions of Salento, including enchanting beaches, natural landscapes and the captivating meeting point between the Adriatic and Ionian seas.

Interior:
The villa is on two floors connected by an external staircase (17 steps). GROUND FLOOR - Modern kitchen that opens onto an open-plan living area and lounge; guest bathroom, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower BASEMENT - three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The park covers an area of about 8000 sqm, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. The garden is an oasis of greenery with the lawn alternating with plants of Mediterranean scrub, such as rosemary, lavender and thyme, which diffuse the characteristic scents typical of Salento. The entire park is designed to enhance the sea view: from the highest areas you can admire the panorama that sweeps over the crystal-clear waters of the two seas surrounding Santa Maria di Leuca. The living area leads out to a portico equipped with sitting areas while the kitchen leads to the outdoor dining area equipped with barbecue and outdoor kitchen.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located approximately 30 m from the villa and is reached along a path in the garden. Rectangular and measuring 6 x 16 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool is lined with PVC, with side access steps and a peninsula at the entrance of about one metre, which acts as a platform or relaxation area. Equipped with internal and external lighting. Solarium area with sunbeds and gazebo. Chlorine purified. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: yes, € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site
