meals at your convenience. Additionally, the studio boasts a spacious
walk-in closet and a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful
stay as well as a stylish bathroom including a shower and bath combo,
offering ultimate relaxation.
After a day of exploring Cape Townâs vibrant offerings, unwind with the
flat-screen TV or stay connected with free Wi-Fi. Studio 107 also
offers secure parking for your peace of mind, allowing you to explore
the city with ease.
Ideally situated in the mall, Garden Center Studios is within close
proximity to, shops, a hair/beauty salon, and doctorâs rooms, a
Laundromat opposite the property, popular restaurants, cafes and bars.

colourful Bo-Kaap neighbourhood are just a short stroll away, or make

A side note while staying in the property is that guests are required
to adhere to quiet periods between 14:00-16:00 and 22:30-06:00 Monday
to Friday, after 12h00 on Saturday and the whole of Sunday.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
