Ideal for days out on the beach, walks along the South West Coast Path and spending time in the English Riviera (5.5 miles), perfect for you and your loved one to enjoy some quality time away together. Head down from the first-floor apartment and walk 150 metres to the beach you overlook, to swim, picnic, launch your own canoe or hire a paddleboard or kayak. Browse the town’s independent shops and dine out, also within 150 metres of the building. Venture 10 miles into Dartmoor to spend the day exploring the beautiful landscapes of the national park.
Why not attend one of the many events in the area like the Shaldon Regatta, Teignmouth Air show, Torbay Air Show, Devon County Show along with many various local food and music festivals to enjoy.
Before stepping into this delightful property, take a moment to appreciate your surroundings of sandy streets and other colourful beach houses. The property offers no private outdoor space, but guests are totally spoiled, being so close to a quiet beach. Enjoy morning and evening strolls along here, and if you’re bringing your own small boat or kayak, by prior arrangement with the owner you can make use of their mooring trot. Private parking for one small car is available on the forecourt, and there are also pay and display car parks close by.
