Brand new for 2017 and designed with uncompromising quality and attention to detail, our luxurious Dog Friendly, cottage-style, self-catering Garden Apartment is perfect for longer stays in Torquay and as a base for exploring Devon and the South West.
This cottage-style holiday apartment has been individually designed and fitted to a high specification; from the fully-fitted kitchen to the beautiful porcelain tiled floor and exposed ceiling beams throughout. The charming, light & airy bedroom has a romantic, luxurious Victorian brass king-size bed, glass door onto the private patio and a stylish and spacious en-suite with powerful shower. The large, south-facing, private patio is a real sun-trap and perfect for alfresco dining, or simply relaxing on the sun loungers. The open plan kitchen/lounge is fully fitted with quality appliances, comfortable easy chair and settee, as well as 40 inch LED Freeview HD TV and DVD player.
The one-bedroom Apartment sleeps 2 x adults only, and has a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year.

This beautiful, AA 5-Star Accredited Victorian villa is set in its own pleasant gardens and still retains many original features. The mild climate of Torquay and the local area suits the visitor all year round. We are within walking distance of many of the local attractions such as; Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey, Riviera Centre, the beach, Torquay town centre and harbour. And just 7 minutes stroll to local cafés & restaurants. Alternatively, a community bus service operates to the town centre harbour and Paignton.
All our bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with modern en-suite facilities comprising; quality tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water, flat-screen LCD television with Freeview, WiFi internet, hair dryers, personal safe and individual controls on CH radiators. We have a Master Suite (with romantic and luxurious Four-Poster king bed), Deluxe King, Classic King and Deluxe Single rooms available over the ground and first floors.
And for guests with furry friends, our luxurious, cottage-style, self-catering Garden Apartment with private patio is DOG FRIENDLY (sleeps 2 adults).
Our delicious breakfasts (served between 8.30am - 9.30am) are cooked to order and include: freshly made fruit salad, poached fruits, yoghurts & cereals, as well as choice of either traditional cooked breakfast, omelette with a selection of fillings, or daily specials such as smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on English muffin. Our produce is sourced locally, free-range, organic and fair trade where possible.
We have a large, level car park for guests convenience, as well as a pleasant garden/terraces and lounge for your enjoyment. We are open most times of the year and provide guests with quality accommodation in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Very relaxing stay.
Garden room was spacious and well fitted out, great shower even for me with some balance problems, once inside everything is on one level, we were very grateful for the starter pack, teabags, milk, spread, marmalade and coffee get you through to you go to the supermarket.

Superb. Will definitely be back
We visited the area to tour around and see some of glorious Devon.
The accommodation was superb, self contained, ideal for our cockapoo with its own private terrace, and it had parking too which we wanted.
I can’t recommend court prior highly enough and would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Lovely owners, fittings beautiful inside the apartment including comfy bed and sofa etc, and the shower was big and powerful which is always a bonus.

Excellent accomodation and very friendly owners.
We stayed in the garden apartment which was superbly decorated and comfortable and very clean. Pauline and Anthony are two of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever met, nothing was too much trouble and they went way and above what we would expect, they put provisions in the fridge and when Pauline knew my husband was a Coeliac she put some gluten free provisions in the room for him too. The room is equipped with everything two people would need, we really enjoyed our stay.

Our nine day holiday was absolutely perfect.
We had the most lovely holiday in the apartment.We have never had an apartment as good as this, no cleaning here before you start your holiday.It had a high standard of decor but still had a homely and relaxing feel. Everything had been thought about for the guests comfort.Thank you Anthony and Pauline for a most lovely holiday.

Lovely apartment, large patio, very peaceful, felt at home straight away.
Large garden apartment has everything (and more) you will need for a comfortable stay. Nice quiet area but not far to restaurants, bars and seafront. Leave your car in the car park and try the ferry to Brixham, also great bus service or just walk along the South West Coast Path, there's lots to discover locally. The owners couldn't be more helpful. Thank you and we'll be back.

Superb dog-friendly apartment in a lovely, quiet location.
The dog-friendly apartment at Court Prior is superb for couples. It’s beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. The terrace is private with space to relax and soak up the sun. We had a warm welcome from Anthony and Pauline and this is one of those places where dogs are truly welcomed and not just tolerated. The beach and some bars and restaurants are a short walk downhill from the apartment (though the walk back will test your calf muscles)! Highly recommended!
