This delightful 45 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.

The living space offers a homely atmosphere. It features a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed and a TV for entertainment. The dining table for four is perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen, separated by stylish glass walls, provides a semi-private space for cooking. It has essential cookware, cutlery, and a convenient dishwasher.

The bedroom is a serene retreat, beautifully decorated in soft pastel hues. A luxurious queen-sized bed promises restful nights, and generous storage spaces keep everything organized and tidy.

The bathroom is designed for comfort, offering all the essentials to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to pamper yourself.

Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can soak in the sunshine and breathe in the fresh air—an ideal spot to relax and unwind in your private space.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santa Catarina Street in Porto is a bustling hub of shops, cafés, and historic landmarks. Stroll through this lively pedestrian street to explore a mix of modern stores, local boutiques, and iconic sites like the Capela das Almas, known for its stunning blue-and-white tile panels.

The street is also home to local eateries and the famous Café Majestic, a beautiful Belle Époque café. Whether you’re enjoying a coffee or browsing the shops, Santa Catarina offers a vibrant experience of Porto’s unique charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 750-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
