Regarding the shopping service, the host kindly assisted you with groceries for two meals, as requested, despite this not being a standard service included. Unfortunately, at no point was the cost of these items requested or settled during the stay. Concerning the comment about humidity or mold, we would like to clarify that the property was fully painted and prepared before the start of the season, with no signs of moisture issues reported. Based on information provided by our housekeeping team, drying clothes and towels inside the house could have led to temporary odors or increased indoor humidity.
