DESCRIPTION

Cormorant is our beautiful modernist box. It lies at the edge of our estate, with frontage to the lake on one side and the Goodie Burn on the other offering its own private and unique setting. It has 5 meter high windows and a cantilevered viewing lounge. The views are spectacular both inside and out.

Cormorant has 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom is wonderfully spacious and the stunning ensuite has a large bath and steam room/shower. Downstairs we have two more bedrooms one with full disabled access.

KITCHEN

The Kitchen is produced by German company Schuller. The bright mustard units are full of everything you need. Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, micro wave, washer dryer, "Quooker" hot tap, toaster, Nespresso machine and everything you would require to cook a delicious meal.

LIVING / DINING AREA

On the ground floor we have a L shaped sofa for 6, where you can drink in the Lake view or the Goodie burn. And if you fancy watching your favourite program we have a smart Samsung TV.

We have a lovely Jaspar Conran table and chairs and the kitchen splash back is mirrored so you always have a lovely view of The lake and Ben Lomond whilst cooking and dining.

The cantilevered mezzanine allows you to relax on the sofa, take in more stunning views or play chess on a board crafted from Lochend Elm by Cooper - following in his dads footsteps. Or those inclined could just read their phone, connected to our free wifi.

BEDROOMS

The upstairs bedroom is wonderfully spacious, allowing for a sofa, table and chairs and still loads more room. The stunning ensuite has a large bath and steam room/shower.

Downstairs we have two more bedrooms with zip and link beds for double/twin sleeping. one with disabled access. Both have lovely ensuites.

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms are equipped with wickedly expensive Axor Hansghroe showers and taps.

The tiles are Italian and hand selected to fit with the decor. The upstairs bathroom has a Phillip Stark loo

PARKING

The Lodge is completely private and a fence with gate disconnects it from the rest of the estate. There is room for at least 4 cars.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, tea towels, eco cleaning products, and all heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. Also, on arrival, you will find fair-trade tea, coffee and sugar in your accommodation, as well as salt, pepper, milk and Tunnock's treats plus a few pods for the Nespresso machine.
