HOT TUB FEE - If you would like to use the hot tub a fee of £250 is due per booking. Please let us know in advance should you wish to access the hot tub and we will ensure it's ready for your arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole property during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

We may ask for a damage security deposit to confirm your booking, this will be returned to you upon check out.

Please note we will not tolerate more than 14 guests staying at this property.

Stag & Hen parties are NOT allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available whenever you need us.
