Victoria XI apartment in Madrid
Charming and modern, a few minutes from the Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a rich tradition. It is a building situated on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed.
The apartment:
This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 6 guests is located on the fifth floor of the building.
It is distributed over two floors, the ground floor combines the kitchen areas, fully equipped, and living room with a double sofa bed in the same space, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant environment.
On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and one of the two bedrooms, which has a comfortable double bed.
On the second floor of the apartment, we can find the second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This space opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The building is undergoing renovation works in its interior.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.
