Welcome to our beautifully renovated four-bedroom Victorian home, nestled in the heart of Queen’s Park - a lovely family-friendly neighbourhood. With a spacious open-plan design, leafy garden, and unbeatable location near Lonsdale Mews, this is the perfect London base for families, groups, or professionals seeking comfort and style. The home is modern and boasts high-end features for a comfortable stay.

The Space:
This wonderful house has 4 bright bedrooms and bathrooms, divided across 3 floors. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with a cosy living room that seamlessly flows down through to an open-plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is exceptionally modern, with high-end appliances, and it includes a marble-topped kitchen island and a dining table. The kitchen opens to a wonderful back garden space, also a lovely view from the dining table and perfect for the summer months hosting family or friends. The skylights and bi-fold doors bathe this large room in natural light.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom displays pure comfort and convenience. It boasts a super king-sized bed with a trendy walk-in wardrobe and a chic en-suite bathroom with a shower and his and hers sinks. There is also a little office desk/dressing table by the bay window of the room and plenty of additional wardrobe space to store your personal belongings.

The additional bedrooms on this floor include a cosy nursery room, fitted with two toddler single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed. This room can also be used as a separate office and it also contains storage space.

The second floor reveals a spacious fourth bedroom, complete with a double bed and an additional office corner for those who would need a quiet workspace. This room also has an en-suite bathroom, with a shower and loo. Additionally, a pair of terrace doors open to the outdoor view—a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee.

Whether you are looking for somewhere to stay and enjoy some quiet family time or would like to experience the lovely City of London, this spacious house is the perfect spot for your stay, and it is ideal for families with young children.

The street is residential and quiet. The property is situated very within great distance to to the local shops and lovely cafes.

-There is a Sainsbury’s under a 7 minute walk away, at 88 Kilburn High Road and a Sainsbury’s Local and a Co-op Food at 110 and 105 Salisbury Road, a 9 minute walk away.
-There is also a large M&S near the tube, at 31 Salisbury Road, a 10 minute walk away.

There are some fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area. For brunch and great coffee, check out Gail’s Bakery, 8 minutes away. Alice's House is a fantastic Gastropub on the corner of Brondesbury Road.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
