The flat sleeps six across three individually decorated double bedrooms, with some tucked under sloped ceilings and skylights that give the top-floor rooms real character. There are three bathrooms in total, so no need to queue in the mornings — a real plus for a family or group sharing the space.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fitted with white gloss cabinetry, an integrated oven, microwave and combo washer-dryer, and a dining table for six. The living area has a grey corner sofa finished with yellow and navy cushions, two navy-blue velvet armchairs, and a round coffee table. Doors lead out to a private rooftop terrace with seating, a lovely spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind as the sun sets over the rooftops.

Disclaimer: the building has CCTV for added security, and the lift is small, holding one guest and one piece of luggage at a time.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire fourth-floor flat during their stay. The building is equipped with a lift for your convenience, which was newly installed in January 2020.

This flat looks out over Portland Place, one of London's grandest Georgian streets, with the domed All Souls Langham Place and BBC Broadcasting House both a short walk south. The Langham's Artesian Bar, regularly ranked among the world's best, makes for an easy pre-dinner cocktail, and Wigmore Hall's chamber music concerts are within eight minutes on foot. The Wallace Collection and Regent's Park both sit within ten minutes, and Marylebone High Street's boutiques, delis and Daunt Books are close enough for an easy afternoon.

Fitzrovia's broader restaurant and bar scene lies just to the east, while Oxford Circus and Regent Street bring the wider West End within easy walking distance. St John's Wood and the quieter northern stretches of Regent's Park suit a longer walk. Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Bond Street stations form a triangle around the building, the last of which reaches Heathrow directly via the Elizabeth Line.

Bond Street Underground is within easy walking distance and is served by the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, giving direct access to Paddington, Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf and Heathrow Airport without changing trains.
