A guest bathroom is also located near the living room, where a majestic double-sided fireplace creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere, perfect in every season. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.

To explore Lake Como and its enchanting villages, especially in smaller areas, comfortable shoes are recommended.

There are many public drinking fountains in the area, safe to drink from unless indicated otherwise. Tap water is also potable; bringing a refillable bottle is recommended.

The Greenway of Lake Como is an easy and scenic route that connects towns along the lake from Colonno to Griante. Follow the signs for this path if you’re looking for an accessible, nature-filled hike.

Lake Como is one of Europe’s deepest lakes. For those who wish to swim, safe options include the Lidos of Ossuccio and Lenno, along with small beaches in the lake towns.
