Located on the second floor (no elevator), Nest & Rest offers warm, bright, and functional spaces. The living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining space, and a lounge with TV and WiFi—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The spacious double bedroom is welcoming and comfortable, while the modern bathroom includes a shower.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and is equipped with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in all seasons. A washer and dryer are also available, especially convenient for longer stays.

The Como San Giovanni and Como Nord Lago train stations are nearby and provide direct connections to Milan and Switzerland. The ferry terminal offers access to the main towns around the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, and Tremezzo. Local buses also connect to nearby villages.

The airports Milan Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio are reachable by private car or shuttle service, available upon request for an additional fee.
