This beautifully decorated 57m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. A pay as you go gym is five minutes away.
Please note that the apartment is spread over 3 floors with no elevator.
The living room is a homely space with a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a large smart TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other necessary appliances. A washing machine is also available.
The bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.

This property is in a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short distance away are popular attractions such as the Sky Garden, Borough Market and Hatton Garden. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options on your doorstep, including Michelin starred Club Gascon, award winning Cloth and plenty of historic pubs. With its central location and proximity to various landmarks and dining establishments, this property is the perfect base for those looking to experience all that London has to offer.
This property is conveniently situated just a 3-minute walk from Barbican station and a 7-minute walk from Farringdon station. This prime location offers easy access to transportation for your daily commute.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
